2. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are bespoke and made to order. This means each item is individually crafted to your specifications.

Due to the personalised nature of our pieces, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

 

 

3. Product Descriptions

 

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, as our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, and detailing may occur. These are not considered faults but part of the unique nature of each piece.

 

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase before production begins.

 

 


5. Lead Times

 

As all items are made to order, production times vary:


  • Bedding & accessories: approximately 6 weeks
  • Furniture: approximately 20 weeks

These are estimates and may vary depending on demand or design complexity.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted where applicable.


  • Bedding & accessories:
    UK £14.95 | Ireland £29.95 | International quoted at dispatch
  • Furniture:
    UK & Ireland £300 | International quoted at dispatch

7. Delivery

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always keep you informed of any updates.


 

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photographic evidence, including packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.

 

 

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty or not as described.

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
