Important Information About Natural Materials

Wood is a natural material and will naturally vary in appearance. Differences in tone, grain, knots, and texture are part of its unique character and cannot be controlled or replicated exactly from samples or images.

As a natural product, wood responds to environmental conditions. Changes in temperature and humidity may cause slight movement, including expansion, contraction, or minor surface changes such as hairline cracks. These are natural characteristics and not faults.

Despite careful kiln drying and finishing processes, wood may occasionally show signs of bowing, twisting, or slight movement over time. Each piece is handcrafted, and no two items will be identical.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your furniture, we recommend placing items in a stable environment, avoiding direct heat sources such as radiators, fireplaces, or strong sunlight, and maintaining consistent room conditions.
