Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any bespoke or made-to-order items.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or not as specified, we are here to help.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence, including packaging.

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a repair or replacement where applicable.

 

Quality & Craftsmanship
Each item is handcrafted with care, and slight variations in colour, finish, or detailing may occur. These are part of the unique character of bespoke pieces and are not considered faults.

We kindly ask that all details are carefully reviewed before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be amended once production has started.
