1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
As all items are bespoke and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as each product is individually customised to your specifications.
2. Bespoke Design Assurance
We take great pride in the design and craftsmanship of our collections. If your item does not match the agreed design or specifications outlined in your order confirmation, we will work closely with you to resolve the issue.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the agreed design, we will be happy to assist.
Please follow the steps below:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging (if damage occurred during transit)
- Our team will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, such as a repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances
